Dr. Fleitas has spent more than twenty years in clinical, forensic, behavioral, and organizational decision environments. He founded Pivotal Psych Consultants and Psychological Assessment Solutions (PAS), and has built and directed multidisciplinary teams across evaluation, treatment, and applied research settings. His current work sits at the intersection of applied AI, operational psychology, cognitive-load reduction, and human decision support — building tools that help people carry real decisions without carrying every decision.

Pivotal Psych Consultants is PAII’s primary real-world operating environment, its first internal beneficiary, and the place where its workflows and decision systems are tested before they are offered to anyone else. Internal use there is development evidence. It is not presented as independent external validation.
