AVAILABLE BY SCOPED ENGAGEMENT
Applied AI workflow design, evaluation, human-AI collaboration, decision-support architecture, and implementation support for organizations that need to reduce cognitive load and improve human judgment.
What a scoped engagement can cover
- Workflow design. Mapping where information fragments, where attention is spent, and where a person's judgment is genuinely needed, then designing the workflow around that.
- Evaluation. Testing AI outputs against the task they are meant to support: accuracy, sourcing, failure modes and limitations, written down.
- Human-AI collaboration. Deciding what AI should handle, what software should handle, and what still belongs to a person.
- Decision-support architecture. Structures that keep evidence, assumptions and uncertainty visible, and route consequential steps to human review.
- Implementation support. Help putting a scoped design into use, with defined roles, bounded permissions and retained evidence.
How scope is set
Every engagement starts from a named decision or workflow problem and a written scope: the outcome that matters, the evidence needed, the boundaries, and where human review sits. The work draws on the same methods PAII uses in its own operating work at Pivotal Psych Consultants.
- Defined roles
- Bounded permissions
- Evidence retained
- Human judgment
Bring the workflow or decision problem that is creating friction.
