Decision Desk
IN DEVELOPMENT — USED INTERNALLY WITH CLIENT NUMBER ONE
An organizational environment for fragmented information, institutional memory, human review, workflow coordination, and decision continuity.
Clarity for the work.
What it is being built to do
The Decision Desk is for the work. A team can be one person or many — a founder, a solo practitioner, a project lead, a department, an institution.
- Organize fragmented information.
- Preserve institutional knowledge.
- Compare options.
- Separate verified fact, inference, allegation, assumption, opinion, contradiction, and what’s missing.
- Surface risk and uncertainty.
- Route work for human review.
- Track decisions through their outcomes.
Where it stands
The Decision Desk is in development and in internal use with Pivotal Psych Consultants, PAII’s Client Number One. That internal use is where its workflows are tested and refined. It is not yet offered as a general product.
